Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations New Delhi is established to promote litrature, fine arts and science. The council conduct annual examination of ICSE and ISC examination in English language. Those who are appearing in the ICSE or ISC examination should visit the official website to know more about exam schedule 2012 and admit card / hall ticket for examination.
CISCE provides affiliation to schools in the country. CISCE conducts ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Exam) and ISC (Indian School Certificate Exam) for class XIIth and class Xth respectively every year.

The council was established with the vision of Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad to replace Cambridge School Certificate Examination with Council of Indian Certificate Examinations.
