Professor/Librarian Vacancy in All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society Pune 2012

All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society has invited the application forms for the following positions.

Teaching Posts:- For UG Courses:-

• Professor: 22 posts 
• Associate Professor: 18 posts
• Assistant Professor: 54 posts
• Librarian: 01 post

For PG Courses:-

• Professor: 05 posts
• Associate Professor: 08 posts
• Assistant Professor: 10 posts

Educational Qualification :- 

Professor:- BE / B.Tech and ME /M.Tech in relevant subject with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech AND PhD or equivalent, in appropriate discipline. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

Associate Professor (Humanities and Sciences):- Good academic record with at least 55% marks or, an equivalent CGPA at the Master’s level and PhD degree in the relevant subject.

Assistant Professor:- BE/B.Tech and ME /M.Tech in relevant subject with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech.

Librarian:- Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent CGPA and consistently good academic record. AND Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

Pay Scale : The pay scales, service conditions and recruitment qualifications for the above posts are as per the AICTE / University of Pune / Government of Maharashtra / Society norms.
