Technician & Mechanical Vacancy in IIAP Bangalore 2012

Indian Institute of Astrophysics Department of Science & Technology Bangalore has invited the application forms for the following positions.

• Technician Assistant (Project): 01 Post, Maximum 25 years
• Mechanic 'A' (Mechanist) : 01 Post, Maximum 24 Years
• Mechanic 'A' (Fitter) : 02 Posts, Maximum 24 years

Educational Qualification : Technician Assistant (Project) - Diploma  in Mechanical Engineering (DME) – 3 years course from the State Technical Board of Education with knowledge of CADD.
Mechanic 'A' (Mechanist) - NCTVT certificate (ITI) course in Millwright mechanic or Machinist Trade  (Two years course) from a Govt. recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Mechanic 'A' (Fitter) - NCTVT certificate (ITI) course in Fitter Trade (Two years course) from a Govt. recognized Industrial Training Institute.

Pay Scale : Technician Assistant (Project):- Rs.16,000/- per month (inclusive of all) with annual increment of Rs.750/-.
Mechanic 'A' (Mechanist) & Mechanic 'A' (Fitter) - Rs.13,000/- per month (inclusive of all) with annual increment of Rs.500/-.
